<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 똑같은 글로벌 온/오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 적절한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 불어나고 있을 것입니다면 구글이 최대로 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 말했다.</p>

<p>소액결제 현금화는 제품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 직후 인증번호 등 아이디어를 기업에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 당장 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 요구되는 시민들이 주로 이용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 확률이 높아 정보통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있을 것입니다.</p>
