<p>하지만 일부 불법 기업의 신용카드결제, 구글정보이용료, 핸드폰소액결제현금화 서비스 진행 시 개인 정보를 빼돌려 악용하는 스미싱 등 관련 피해 사례 역시 보고 되고 있을 것입니다. 그래서 사용자들은 서비스 사용 전 피해 예방 수칙을 필히 확인하고 이를 준수해야 한다.</p>

<p>스마트스토어에서 핸드폰 소액결제로 주문특정 제품에 대한 환불 방식이 오픈마켓과 소셜커머스 등 유통채널에 맞게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오픈마켓은 '포인트'로 환불 해주는 반면 소셜커머스와 대형 온,오프라인몰은 계좌로 '현금' 지급하고 있을 것이다.</p>
