There's a musty smell coming from that wall in the bathroom, and when I pulled off a small section of drywall near the shower plumbing, I found black mold creeping along the backside. It's worst right where the pipe connections are, probably from a slow leak that's been dampening the insulation and gypsum for months. The mold is spotty but concentrated around the moisture stains.
